Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an HVACR Technician to join our Tampa, FL team. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing building MEP systems in a large medical laboratory, with occasional travel to other sites.

Responsibilities include servicing VRF systems, air handlers, chillers, boilers, humidifiers, VAVs, and related equipment; monitoring the Building Management System; updating records; and supporting safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal technician certification.
• 3+ years HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC and related building systems.
• Assist in maintenance of building MEP systems in a medical laboratory.
• Monitor Building Management System daily and coordinate with vendors.
• Travel to other sites as needed.
