Job summary

The Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design, and Construction (OA-FMDC) in Missouri seeks an HVACR Technician to support the Operations Team. This role focuses on preventative, corrective, and service-related HVAC trades work to maintain state facilities.

You will monitor systems, perform routine maintenance, and assist with other trades as needed. Candidates should have 4–6 years in HVACR, and may need OSHA 10/30 and EPA 608 certification; a Missouri driver's license

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HVACR on-the-job training or related trade experience.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Driver’s license from Missouri or adjacent state required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize excellent service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor HVACR systems and ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on established schedules.
• Repair/replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, and compressors.
• Provide coverage at state facilities after hours or for emergencies.
