Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical diagnostics, airflow, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment like walk-ins and ice machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance to optimize performance and longevity.
• Install, replace, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Communicate with customers on issues, recommendations, and maintenance plans.
• Maintain EPA compliance and safety regulations.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally.
• Represent the company with professionalism and deliver high-quality service.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development.
