Torrey Holistics is hiring an HVACR Instructor to lead hands-on training in a dynamic lab setting. You will teach practical HVACR skills, supervise student practice, and ensure safety while sharing real-world industry knowledge.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in refrigeration or HVAC, with EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 valued. Training is provided and benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive perks.

• 4+ years of field experience in refrigeration or HVAC.
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.
• No teaching background? Training will be provided to teach.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging classroom where every student thrives.
• Demonstrate hands-on techniques for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems.
