Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an HVACR Instructor to mentor students in heating and air conditioning theory and hands-on skills. You will demonstrate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of HVACR systems while fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities include curriculum collaboration, practical demonstrations, and mentoring students on projects. A drive for teaching, patience, and industry experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in HVACR fundamentals and hands-on maintenance skills.
• Lead practical demonstrations and diagnose, maintain, and repair HVACR systems.
• Collaborate with education team to align courses with industry trends and develop new content.
• Mentor students on projects and promote safety best practices in the classroom.
