Optimal PHC is seeking a Service Technician Trainee in New Mexico to assist HVACR service teams across industrial, commercial, and residential customers. You will learn hands-on while supporting technicians, performing basic service tasks, and stocking parts.

The role requires a high school diploma, enrollment in an HVACR program, and physical ability to lift 100 lb and work in varying weather. A NM driver's license and driving fleet vehicles within 30 days are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and enrolled in HVACR program.
• Strong reading and oral/written communication with customers and staff.
• Physical ability to lift 100 lb and climb a 32 ft ladder; tolerate weather extremes.
• Hold NM operator's license and ability to operate fleet vehicles within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of Optimal PHC to conduct HVACR service jobs efficiently.
• Perform supervised and unsupervised basic HVACR service support activities.
• Assist Senior Technicians and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks.
• Handle parts stocking and assisting with power and control wiring tasks.
