Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in HVACR maintenance.
• Welding and soldering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of HVACR systems.
• Inspect refrigeration units, heating, ventilation and related equipment.
• Replace defective parts and controls (thermostats, switches, relays, belts, compressors).
• Ensure products are refrigerated correctly.
• Maintain time, labor, and materials records.
• Document tasks and write reports as required.
