Rite Air Mechanical is seeking a seasoned HVACR Installation Manager for our Moorestown, NJ projects. This role emphasizes leadership from the field, coordinating crews, reviewing drawings, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HVACR experience, can read blueprints, and will mentor technicians while maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel to job sites is required; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on commercial HVACR installation experience is required.
• Experience leading installation crews, foremen, or large commercial HVACR projects is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial HVACR installation projects from pre-construction planning through project completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and equipment schedules to ensure projects are set up for success before installation begins.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, equipment, deliveries, and scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide technical leadership and support to field installation teams, answering questions and resolving issues as they arise.
• Oversee startups, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout; ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
