Job summary

Copeland is seeking a diligent Assembler for the 1st Shift at our Lebanon, MO facility. You will place parts along the assembly line, verify machine specifications, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing process in a fast-paced HVACR environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to safety rules, and completing tasks per work instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Place component parts on the assembly line as required by OMS.
• Check defined machine specifications on the assembly line and ensure quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety rules.
