Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, installation, and repairs of HVAC equipment and related control systems.
• Maintain Zone mechanics including carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks.
• Enter time, materials, tasks, and completion data for work orders in the system.
