We Care Air Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Warranty Technician to perform service and diagnostic work on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems under warranty. You will verify workmanship and system performance, collaborating with install teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate record-keeping, and support for warranty-related repairs.

This role requires strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and retrofit procedures, allowing the technician to accurately identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, parts, or system performance under warranty. The technician collaborates closely with installation teams and service departments to verify quality, perform necessary adjustments or repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of all warranty-related work. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
