About the Role:

The HVAC-Warranty Technician plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert sales consultation and technical service for HVAC systems under warranty. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency and customer service skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment while effectively communicating warranty coverage and service options to clients. The technician will be responsible for managing warranty claims, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with warranty terms to protect both the customer and the company. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in HVAC system repair and maintenance, preferably with warranty service exposure.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system components, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with warranty claim processing software and manufacturer protocols.
• Additional technical training or certifications related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or emergency call‑outs.
