Job summary

Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a dependable Warehouse Receiver to join our team. This role receives deliveries, verifies quantities, and prepares materials for jobs, ensuring accurate inventory and smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• ServiceTitan and/or Ply experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, construction, or building materials is preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and place in designated receiving area.
• Compare delivered materials against packing slips to verify quantities and accuracy.
• Release received deliveries to the warehouse team for put-away.
• Maintain accurate digital records of incoming materials and equipment.
• Identify and manage missing or partially received purchase orders.
• Move received materials to shelves, bins, cages, and warehouse locations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized receiving and storage area.
• Locate and stage materials needed for upcoming HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs
