Job summary

Mechanical Supply - a Rheem Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipping of HVAC equipment. You will ensure safe, accurate handling and contribute to efficient inventory flow in a busy warehouse.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, forklift capability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with benefits starting from day one and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift capability; certification preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience, HVAC or industrial distribution a plus.
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, inspect, and verify shipments against PO/docs.
• Pick/pack and prepare HVAC equipment for orders with accuracy.
• Load/unload deliveries using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
• Label and document outgoing shipments per procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and report hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
