The role requires prior warehouse experience, forklift capability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with benefits starting from day one and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience, HVAC or industrial distribution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, inspect, and verify shipments against PO/docs.
• Pick/pack and prepare HVAC equipment for orders with accuracy.
• Load/unload deliveries using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
• Label and document outgoing shipments per procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and report hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.

They will be a key part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate handling of HVAC equipment and materials. This role supports the flow of inventory through receiving, storage, and shipping while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, organization, and quality.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.

• Safely receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
• Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in HVAC or industrial distribution.
• Must be able to operate a forklift - forklift certified preferred.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
