A leading HVAC company in New York is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician to support daily operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring equipment quality, and assisting technicians with timely deliveries. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma, HVAC warehouse experience, and strong communication skills. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work both indoor and outdoor in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity and accuracy.

• Track all tools and equipment.
• Build technician bins.
• Replenish trucks/bins on a daily basis.
• Reduce technician's down time with prompt deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

To assist in achievement of the company's strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Reding Inc's vision, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities

• Clean, neat, organize warehouse.
• Right inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Highschool diploma/GED Preferably 1 year of HVAC warehouse experience. Knowledge of industry equipment, field concepts, practices, procedures, tools and equipment. Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Function in a team environment. Valid driver's license and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work both indoor/outdoor conditions where the elements and temperatures vary from comfortable to extreme heat to extreme cold and dry to rain at least 70% of the time. Climb ladders and steep stairs. The majority of time is spent standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting and reaching. Often works in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces. Must be able to list 50 pounds with ability to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices). Occasionally work from heights 15 feet or higher above ground. Carry a 24- foot extension ladder alone and / or a 40-foot extension ladder with a fellow co-worker on most jobs.
