Commercial Express HVAC in Sterling, VA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant to support daily material handling, staging, and deliveries. You will enter ship tickets, monitor stock, restock shelves, and keep tools and equipment organized in a fast-paced shop environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage requested warehouse materials and tools.
• Stage equipment deliveries from vendors.
• Enter material ship tickets for work orders.
• Monitor and report low item counts for replenishment.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Check for and report damage to tools.
• Perform light maintenance and visual checks for tools.
• Restock shelves with deliveries.
• Ensure charges for scissor-lifts/manlifts are up to date.
• Keep spot coolers neat for rental purposes.
• Operate gas and electric forklifts (On-Job Training Available).
