Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• 1-2 years’ Warehouse operational experience within the HVAC industry, parts and product lines associated with HVAC.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's or associate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Lead and manage warehouse inventory: Cycle counts, annual physical inventory, as directed by Operations Manager.
• Supervise and direct warehouse employees’ activities and oversee daily operations.
• Direct and participate in bin location maintenance and training on company policies.
