Job summary

JobSquad Solutions Team is seeking a skilled HVAC Warehouse Manager for the Pompano Beach area. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to ensure timely fulfillment of HVAC equipment and parts.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with service technicians and customers, and driving process improvements while ensuring OSHA compliance and a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• HVAC distribution or related industries experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment
• Experience managing warehouse employees (scheduling, training, performance)
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory tracking software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Forklift operation experience and certification preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HVAC Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Pompano Beach location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and team leadership, preferably within the HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or distribution industries. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, supervising warehouse personnel, and supporting the efficient distribution of equipment, parts, and supplies to customers, service technicians, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, parts, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Coordinate the timely receipt and distribution of materials to service technicians, installers, and customers.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate stock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping errors.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Coordinate deliveries and transportation logistics with vendors and customers.
• Oversee the safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, operations, and accounting departments.
• Prepare reports related to inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in HVAC distribution, construction materials, plumbing, electrical supply, or a related distribution industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Experience managing warehouse employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.

Compensation & Benefits
