Job summary

Total Comfort Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warehouse Worker to join our Ormond Beach team. This full-time, in-person role supports field technicians by receiving, organizing, and dispensing HVAC parts and equipment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, safe loading and unloading, and coordinating transfers. Candidates should have HVAC knowledge, strong organization, and basic computer skills to contribute to efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience is required.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts and materials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are needed.
• Basic computer and inventory management experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage materials for installation and service technicians.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate material transfers, deliveries, and pickups.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Position Summary

Total Comfort Services is seeking an experienced warehouse worker with HVAC industry knowledge. This role receives and distributes equipment and materials, maintains accurate inventory and an organized warehouse, and helps field technicians get the parts they need for daily operations.

What You’ll Do
