Job summary

KCC Companies is an ESOP-driven organization providing HVAC design, fabrication, installation and service in Louisville, KY. This Logistics Associate role is based at Grassland Location and focuses on stocking, inventory control, and safe operation of warehouse equipment as part of a dynamic team.

Under Warehouse Lead direction, you will pull parts, stage materials, document inventory movements, and support production with accurate cycle counts.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient understanding of basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• At least 6 months experience operating a forklift or reach truck.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from pick tickets and stage materials for production.
• Maintain computerized inventory control records of product movement.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.).
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Communicate issues regarding part discrepancies to Warehouse Lead.
