Job summary

KCC Companies in Louisville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our receiving team. You will count items, put away materials for production, and prepare packing lists while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely material flow.

Report to the Receiving Team Lead, collaborate with Purchasing and Quality, and follow OSHA safety procedures. Must pass background check and drug test; GED or higher is required, with Microsoft Office and Epicor familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient understanding of basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with Epicor System.
• At least two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Possess strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Possess analytical, problemsolving and decision-making skills.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and put away materials for production.
• Organize packing lists and loading/unloading trucks.
• Assess inventory levels and accuracy through receipts and cycle counts.
• Communicate issues regarding discrepancies to management and resolve.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA regulations and keep a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality departments to flag non-conforming material.
• Participate in EOM and EOY inventory.
