Job summary

Air Hawk Heating and Cooling, part of the Leap Service Partners network, is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Odessa, FL. Lead inventory, dispatch, and facility operations while directing staff, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining fleet and assets in peak condition.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and profitability, with a compensation package including base pay, commissions/incentives, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience (HVAC or trades industry experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in inventory control systems, logistics, and warehouse safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Proficient computer skills for inventory tracking and administrative tasks.
• Proven leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain a safe, productive, and high-morale work environment.
• Track, monitor, and maintain the condition, safety, and location of company fleet vehicles and field equipment.
• Enforce operational safety policies, secure facilities, and ensure proper equipment operation (including forklifts).
• Maintain strict inventory controls, complete accurate documentation, and prevent stock shrinkage.
• Assist with parts deliveries to field technicians or job sites as needed.
