Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR equipment distributor, is seeking a warehouse/delivery associate in Miami, FL. You will operate forklifts and power equipment, pick and pack orders, unload shipments, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years truck driving or 1 year operating Johnstone equipment under supervision.
Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain on the job.
Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Operate basic power equipment safely to locate and move products to storage locations daily.
Receive products by unloading trucks and verify against packing lists.
Fill orders by picking and packing items; ensure proper labeling and paperwork.
Prepare shipments and palletize orders for transport.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
Participate in cycle counts and assist with equipment upkeep.
Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional communication with customers.
