Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in South Windsor, CT. You will support field teams by receiving, staging, and delivering HVAC parts and equipment, helping keep jobsites stocked and on schedule.

The role emphasizes organization, safety, and reliable, timely deliveries throughout the service area. A valid driver's license and ability to lift equipment are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle for local deliveries.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming equipment, parts, and materials.
• Stage equipment and materials for HVAC installation and service jobs.
• Pull and prepare parts and supplies for technicians and installation crews.
• Deliver equipment, parts, tools, and materials to active jobsites.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
