Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Warehouse Associate I to support the Inventory Specialist in our Fairfax, VA warehouse. You will help ensure equipment and parts are stocked and ready for installation and service activities.

You will handle parts transport to job sites, assist with cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy while learning HVAC operations. The role requires physical lifts and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Move parts from warehouse or from local vendors to job sites in a company vehicle.
• Stocking and general warehouse duties; forklift usage to load/unload equipment.
• Perform cycle counting and pull orders; manage inventory stock.
• Receive products for same-day delivery; stage orders for next-day installs.
• Maintain stock of service parts; Replenish as needed; attention to detail.
