Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national HVAC distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Hanover, MD location on 2nd shift. Responsibilities include picking/packing, loading/unloading, and inventory control using warehouse tech. Eligible for performance-based bonuses; health and retirement benefits available.

Requires 2–3 years in warehouse ops, strong attention to detail, and PC/inventory system proficiency. Forklift certification preferred and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in HVAC distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all products in the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with Store Associates and Sales Managers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to contractors, dealers, and owners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
