Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or higher
• Three (3) years of trade-related experience
• Additional education can substitute for up to two (2) years of the trade-related experience
• Additional experience can substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted instructional HVAC, general and construction industry training to eligible offenders.
• Prepare NCCER Core Curriculum lesson plans.
• Deliver instruction through multiple modalities using various technology platforms.
• Record student attendance daily and manage data in KOMS and NCCER databases.
• Ensure course completion requirements are met and maintain inventories of tools and supplies.
• Directly responsible for scheduling and daily operation of the classroom.
• Progress monitor student achievement and proctor NCCER assessments.
