What You Will Do
- Perform HVAC Control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance related to mechanical, electrical, and low voltage controls components
- Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools, along with hand tools and electronic testing equipment
- Provide frontline technical support, repair, and update recommendations to customers

How You Will Do It
- Load Johnson Controls field and network controller software
- Perform commissioning and diagnostics for controllers and end devices, completing all documentation
- Keep management and clients informed of progress and issues
- Calibrate systems with electronic test equipment
- Complete administrative tasks and document changes for as-built records
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain high knowledge levels
- Understand customer needs and communicate effectively
- Follow all safety standards and attend safety training
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience with BAS systems such as Honeywell, Siemens, Tridium, Trane, etc.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications
- Technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields
- Ability to use hand and power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
