Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to data center customers, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Support facility efficiency improvements and upselling opportunities by providing recommendations and quotes.
• Travel within North America (50-60%) to support customer needs.
• Participate in factory certification programs through the Service Technical Academy (STA).
