Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Pod Team Manager, you will:

• Receive and schedule customer service calls
• Manage technician and mechanic schedules to ensure timely preventative maintenance and meet forecasting goals
• Debrief technicians daily and coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assess job completion, follow up with customers, and resolve inquiries or issues
• Maintain up-to-date customer and service data in NxGen
• Support parts ordering, PO creation, startup support, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-5 years of service industry experience in operations or scheduling
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
• Prioritization skills based on business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Experience with project accounting or costing principles
