Advantage Contractors Solutions in Elgin, IL is seeking an experienced HVAC Trim Installer to join a growing residential contractor team. You will install furnaces and air conditioning units, set up ductwork, and complete system startups on new homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Experience with new construction installations and system startups.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must supply own hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and complete residential HVAC systems including furnaces and air conditioning units.
• Set registers, grills, and finalize duct connections.
• Perform system startups, evacuations, and refrigerant charging.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

HVAC Trim Installer

$30 - $38 per hour, depending on experience

Elgin, IL | Full-Time

Monday through Friday
