Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC technician with on-the-job teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in approved training curriculum and materials in accordance with central training procedures.
• Revise training curriculum and materials as needed.
• Provide assessment of students through applicable monitoring and reporting processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and practices, including oversight and maintenance of facilities, equipment and materials.
• Assist in review of incentive applications and compile documentation related to training curriculum, inspections, and reporting tools.
• Continuously promote energy efficiency incentive programs by building awareness among vendors, suppliers, builders, and customers.
