Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and refrigeration circuits.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for controls and refrigeration systems.
• Experience with startup, commissioning, or testing of HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute startup and testing activities for HVAC units and systems.
• Perform pre-startup tasks including reviewing drawings and loading PLC/VFD programs.
• Conduct FAT demonstrations and support field commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on installation, startup, and operation of HVAC systems.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting procedures, findings, and recommendations.
