Bosch in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to join our quality team. You will conduct tests, calibrate equipment, and analyze data to verify performance and compliance with specifications.

You will document results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers to improve testing methods while adhering to safety standards. The role requires hands-on experience with test gear and a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and test procedures.
• Hands-on experience with various test equipment, measurement tools, and data acquisition systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in modifying and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift and handle equipment, components, and materials as required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a testing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with team members
