Job summary

Bosch in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to ensure product quality through rigorous testing, calibration, data collection, and reporting. You will develop and execute test procedures, capture data, identify trends, and document results for continuous improvement.

You will set up test equipment, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers to improve designs while following safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent combo of education/experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment, measurement tools, and data acquisition systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in modifying and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends, anomalies, or potential issues.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues during testing.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve product designs and testing methodologies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures and quality control measures.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Technician to join our team in Norman, United States. As a Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing procedures and data analysis.
