Job summary

Bosch in Norman, OK is seeking a Test Technician to join the Engineering Lab team within the Unitary Products Group. You will prepare and install test units, simulate field installation conditions, and support HVAC development for light commercial and residential markets.

You will analyze data, modify test units, operate data acquisition software, and follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1+ year HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and modify units.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up test facilities and connect data acquisition instruments according to general instructions and per test standard requirements.
• Analyze test data and modify the test unit based on analysis.
• Utilize computer software to run the test facility, conduct testing, collect and analyze data.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
