Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Test Technician for our Norman, OK plant to join the Engineering Lab team. You will design, test, and assemble HVAC equipment for light commercial and residential markets, reporting to the Engineering Lab Manager, with responsibilities spanning installation, data acquisition, and analysis.

The role requires a high school diploma or HVAC training, 2+ years of HVAC experience, and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams, brazing, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Willing to work 2nd shift with 8% premium.
• High school diploma or HVAC vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience or related education.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and components.
• Proficient with wiring diagrams, controls, and data analysis; able to braze.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install HVAC test units to simulate field conditions.
• Set up test facilities and connect data acquisition equipment.
• Analyze test data and modify test units accordingly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Other duties as required.
