Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician for our Parsons, KS location. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.

You will read blueprints, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and inspect systems to meet safety standards. A journeyman-level background in commercial/industrial HVAC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands blueprints, drawings, written and verbal orders to execute assignments.
• Cleans up work area after completion of job tasks.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting including ability to use testing equipment.
• Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems as a journeyman service tech.
• Ability to inspect, examine, and test installed systems.

This position pays $29.32 per hour!

We’re looking for a full-time, HVAC Technician to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Parsons, KS

As the HVAC Technician, here’s the work you’ll do

• Determine building requirements for HVAC and discuss all solution methods.
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.
