Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the San Diego, California area.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
