Cranbrook Educational Community is seeking an HVAC Technician Specialist to install, repair, and modify direct digital controls and maintain the campus HVAC and plumbing systems. You will ensure safe, economical operation and work with building management systems to support reliable facility performance.
The role requires a Michigan driver’s license, five years of related experience, EPA 608 certification, and a Mechanical Contractor License; preference for multiple classifications.
The HVAC Technician Specialist is primarily responsible for the installation, repair and modifications of the direct digital controls that communicate with building management systems. This position is also responsible for the safe, comfortable, and economical operation of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems throughout Cranbrook Educational Community (CEC) and for the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
This is a full-time position. The rate of pay is $31.77/hour, the shift is Monday-Friday, 11am - 7:30pm.
