Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification is required; NATE Certification is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must be 21+ years old.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Recommend and sell system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
- Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.
- Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate service and sales documentation.
