Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation or service experience.
- EPA Universal Certification is required; NATE or Journeyman license is a strong plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of residential HVAC systems.
- Install, replace, and upgrade systems per codes and standards.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and tune-ups.
- Explain issues and recommended solutions to customers clearly.
- Maintain service records, notes, and inventory on the company vehicle.
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.
