Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings. You will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and explain problems and solutions to customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Able to work in residential and commercial settings

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Diagnose and perform service work on HVAC systems in residential settings to ensure optimal performance
• Provide expert HVAC solutions to customers, addressing their needs and offering professional recommendations
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Keep detailed records of service performed and communicate findings to customers
