Action AC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance for residential and commercial HVAC systems in California. You will diagnose issues, install or upgrade systems, and keep accurate service records while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial HVAC installation or service.
• EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification or state Journeyman license is a strong plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades adhering to local codes and company standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance checks and tune-ups.
• Explain technical issues and recommended solutions to customers with honest guidance.
