Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an HVAC technician at Windham Community Memorial to install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems. The role demands diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and performing preventive maintenance, with occasional weekend/holiday OT.

Licensing and a valid CT driver’s license are required. Typical duties include steam traps, steam system parts, pneumatic controls, condensate pumps, and refrigeration equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience: 3 years general commercial HVAC.
• Must have CT Heating & Cooling license (S2) and Freon Recovery license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Driver's license with appropriate driving record.
