Nittany Energy is hiring a Residential HVAC Technician (Experienced) to join our family-owned PA team. Locations include State College and surrounding towns. You will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver’s License is required.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• A2L Certification is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC 2 years experience preferred.
• Technical training or HVAC trade school preferred.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; perform repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure peak performance.
• Document completed work and materials used accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools in clean, working condition.
• Ensure job sites and company property are clean, safe, and organized.
• Operate hand tools required for normal job functions.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work.
• Keep certifications up to date and participate in ongoing training.
