NRG Controls, LLC is expanding! We’re looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our growing customer base in northeastern Pennsylvania. If you have 2–3 years of field experience and a passion for HVAC systems, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform service, maintenance, and startup of commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair chilled and hot water hydronic systems.
• Work with basic HVAC control systems.
• Travel to client sites (company vehicle provided).
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of commercial HVAC field experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydronic systems and HVAC controls.
• Universal EPA License (required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
