Job Description

ERMC Aviation, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental and distribution goals, lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
• Good knowledge of energy management systems
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems
• Experience maintaining HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of plumbing systems
• Ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely
• Lift 70 lbs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and nights
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• HVAC or EPA 608 Certification

Standard Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid government ID and social security card
• Ability to obtain airport security badge
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in extreme conditions
