Revised Personnel Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for an apartment community maintenance team in McKinney, TX. Starting hourly is $25/hr, with a temp-to-hire path and a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

The role requires hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, plus the ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC technician experience required.
• HVAC certification required or preferred, depending on property requirements.
• Knowledge of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues.
• Experience with apartment maintenance is a plus.
• Must be able to perform physical maintenance duties, including lifting and working in confined spaces.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in apartment units and common areas.
